For pre-leases, we are now offering 50% credit to help pay for your styling chair or spa table up to $500. Pre-lease your suite:
Our goal is to make your transition as easy as we can. Once you pick your suite, We will collect $500, refundable up to 90 days before D'lux on Solberg is open. You will get first right of refusal for the selected suite by reserving it first.  Three (3) months before D'lux opens, a 4 week security deposit is required to secure your spot, your $500 will be applied.
