For pre-leases, we are now offering 50% credit to help pay for your styling chair or spa table up to $500. Our suites includes a personal dispensary with an extra sink at no additional cost to our tenants.  Accessibility is key at D'Lux, with our site being fully handicap accessible to ensuring that everyone can be a part of our vibrant community. Our goal is to make your transition to D’Lux Suites as smooth and simple as possible.

Spa suites include:

To secure your suite, D’Lux requires:
•A 52-week lease commitment
•The security deposit

Leasing Offer:
To help with your setup costs, D’Lux will reimburse 50% of your styling chair, styling station, spa table, or nail table purchase — up to $500 with a 1 year lease fulfullment.
