Pre-Lease Special

Our goal is to make your transition as easy as we can. Once you pick your suite, We will collect $500, refundable up to 90 days before D'lux on Solberg is open. You will get first right of refusal for the selected suite by reserving it first. Three (3) months before D'lux opens, a 4 week security deposit (the weekly rental rate of your selected suite) is required to secure your spot, your $500 reservation deposit will be applied to the security deposit. D'lux Suites bases their rental rates on the square footage. Rent is withdrawn weekly. Rent includes Utilities, a Laundry Facility and WIC dispensary in each suite with a extra hand sink. D'Lux on Solberg boosts of 107 parking spots to accommodate all our guests and business professionals.
D'lux requires a 52 week lease commitment, a security deposit and a signed reservation form to secure your suite.
Salon suites include shampoo bowl, reclining shampoo chair and shampoo towel cabinets. Spa Suites offer an extra sink, Cabinets and LED mirror. For pre-leases, we are now offering to help pay for your styling chair or spa or nail table. D'lux will give you 50% of total (up to $500).

PRE-LEASE  SPECIALS

Our goal is to make your transition to D’Lux Suites as smooth and simple as possible.
Once you select your suite, a $500 reservation deposit secures your first right of refusal for that specific suite. This deposit is fully refundable up to 90 days before D’Lux on Solberg opens.
Three (3) months prior to opening, a security deposit equal to 4 weeks of your suite’s rental rate will be required to officially secure your space. Your $500 reservation deposit will be applied toward this security deposit.
D’Lux Suites rents are based on the square footage of each suite and are withdrawn weekly.

Rent includes:
•All utilities
•On-site laundry facility
•WIC dispensary with an additional hand sink in every suite

To secure your suite, D’Lux requires:
•A 52-week lease commitment

Each salon suite includes:

Pre-Leasing Offer:
To help with your setup costs, D’Lux will reimburse 50% of your styling chair, styling station, spa table, or nail table purchase — up to $500 with a 1 year lease.
